A woman is photographed. She is aware of the fact that she is being photographed. The woman is expected to pose. She poses, and looks sternly into the lens of the camera. She’s pretending, or perhaps acting out several versions of herself.

In ‘Slides’ the simultaneously running slideshows contain distinct bodies of work that by their juxtaposition and altering rhythms allow for interchangeable narratives to unfold. The artist applies an editorial approach to her work and personal image library.
